Who we are

iSilta is a company based in Helsinki, Finland. We build tools for personality-aware communication: shared profiles, continuous listening, and follow-through between conversations — so people and experts can receive a message in a way that fits who they are.

How we got here

The same failure shows up in learning, leading, coaching, and collaborating: we speak from our habits, and others hear through theirs. Good intent does not guarantee that the message lands.

We started with engineering and product teams because manager–report misalignment shows up fast in delivery and retention. The first product is iSilta Work: questionnaires, shared AI profiles, 1-on-1 notes and prep, pulse surveys, team context, and action points — a manager workspace built around trust, not theater.

Longer term we want the same Personality Context Layer wherever people depend on clear two-way communication: education, healthcare, customer service, marketing, coaching, and other expert-led domains.

What we believe

Communication works when it respects the person, not a generic audience — pace, tone, depth, and how someone takes in feedback. That is not a nice extra; it is how trust and progress actually happen.

• Trust — people open up only when they feel safe and in control of what they share.
• Transparency — collaboration needs a shared picture, not hidden assumptions.
• Feedback — understanding how someone listens turns correction into dialogue.
• Practicality — small habits (prep, notes, pulse, follow-up) beat heavyweight process.
